  3. <hi style=afpcap>The Boeing T-43 trainer is derived from the commercial Boeing 737-200 and is operated by AETC (Air Education and Training Command) to train navigators. Of the 19 aircraft in inventory, 14 carry out this AETC mission, four perform general-purpose duties with the Air National Guard (at Buckley Field near Denver, Colorado) and one is assigned as a VIP transport. The aircraft shown here is understood to be the executive transport, used by the commander of AETC.</hi>
